The issue with the charge rifle is there is 0 bullet drop and there is no nerf to effectiveness the further away it is shot. You can beam someone 300 meters away no issue if you have a good scope. Honestly all that has to be done to make it a fair nerf is to throw it into a care package, it give it 40 shots in it and that's it. You can keep the rest the same but then only one or two pop up all game and you can't use it unlimitedly. This gun is way overpowered and has no business being in the game as a regular drop. At this point you might as well just make the mastiff and the kraber base game weapons too....
