I think it would be fair if server crashes were detected and forgiven but I wonder though how many DCs are 100% the servers fault and how many that are fully, mainly or partly the clients fault. So many players play on unstable connections on badly built and badly performing rigs on some stolen neighbors WIFI at max range.
