Re: Why can not create new cases in eahelp

@Heeep9 I have the problem with trying to review a case. Every single case, no matter if its a player report, a tech issue, etc. the page just infinitely loads and nothing happens. Sometimes I can't create a case, and it just seems to be an issue with the website.

  • @Heeep9 Don't think your account is banned from creating a case, as I don't think you need to even sign in to create a ticket. Most of the time EA support ask for my name, despite me being signed in and they can see the name on the account.

    @Midnight9746 yeah, here's the funniest thing. I use this account to create a case for my main account (my main was banned for cheating but I did not). I asked them to have an investigation on my main account, and give me some details of the sanction. I gave all of the information about my main account (I also verified with email code that this account is mine). I state and underline that I want them to help with my main account, not the one that I used to create this case. And almost one month past, they send me an email and said my account did not have any sanction (which I guess they were talking about the account that I used to create the case.) LOL One month, and they told me the case is done. Nothing about my main account was mentioned. I dont know how they went through all the process, but it is ridiculous. )) Yea, it is my main account that having trouble with creating case, and I might never get my main account back. lol One month ago, I was just ready for the new heirloom. Totally I spent $860 on that account. Thats so horrible, and Im mad.
  • @Heeep9 I've created cases before and went like "Yeah this guy was rude and called me x, y, z", then I get an email response saying they understand how frustrating it could be to come across cheaters. I'm sorry... what?

    @Midnight9746 My man... When I was in the U.S., I requested several phone calls, and every phone call did not do any progress. No offense, I am a Chinese guy, and every time it will be an Indian guy calling. We kind alike can not understand what each of us was saying. Then I have to go with the chatbox, and every time I got is "be patient." it fxxked me up.
  • @Heeep9 Yeah, customer support is always someone who isn't native to your language, and most of it is spent explaining the problem to them in like 12 different ways.
