@Heeep9 I have the problem with trying to review a case. Every single case, no matter if its a player report, a tech issue, etc. the page just infinitely loads and nothing happens. Sometimes I can't create a case, and it just seems to be an issue with the website.

- Midnight97465 years agoHero+@Heeep9 Don't think your account is banned from creating a case, as I don't think you need to even sign in to create a ticket. Most of the time EA support ask for my name, despite me being signed in and they can see the name on the account.
- 5 years ago@Midnight9746 yeah, here's the funniest thing. I use this account to create a case for my main account (my main was banned for cheating but I did not). I asked them to have an investigation on my main account, and give me some details of the sanction. I gave all of the information about my main account (I also verified with email code that this account is mine). I state and underline that I want them to help with my main account, not the one that I used to create this case. And almost one month past, they send me an email and said my account did not have any sanction (which I guess they were talking about the account that I used to create the case.) LOL One month, and they told me the case is done. Nothing about my main account was mentioned. I dont know how they went through all the process, but it is ridiculous. )) Yea, it is my main account that having trouble with creating case, and I might never get my main account back. lol One month ago, I was just ready for the new heirloom. Totally I spent $860 on that account. Thats so horrible, and Im mad.
