It's a three pellet spread, something something reference to the country Mozambique a saying or whatever where you shoot someone in the chest twice then once in the head? I'm not sure. 

It's not terrible, it's just not easy to use for something that's supposedly on the lower end of the "power curve" that the developers implemented. The low projectile speed and semi terrible iron sights mean you're going to have to compensate at close ranges, where in the same range an EVA or Peacekeeper would be almost hit-scan. The damage is nothing to scoff at, but to buff it I'd probably give it one extra round in the magazine, and increase the projectile speed just a hair.
