Peacekeeper didn't need to pellet buff as you are right. It hits harder than before now. 

I do agree that the buff was needed for the Evo, Moz and Mastiff. 

Peacekeeper though got a little too strong for a normal shotgun. Even the Mastiff can still miss people. As I sometimes still hit people for 18 or 54.

Peacekeeper buff easily hitting people for 80-110 damage. I even get two tapped or one shot if it was at the head.
