Respawn ALWAYS ruins EVERY mode (Bot Royale)

Long story short, Day one Apex player...I came back to Apex because Bot Royale came out (2024). I was LOVING it because I didn't have to deal with sweats / stacks / cheaters etc. Bots only. Amazing!

Now fast forward to April 2026....Bot Royale "Evolved"....meaning there are sweaty stacks every match while my random teammates are....random....

I don't understand why Respawn decided on this EBMM. It's the worst. It's why they lost a lot of their player base. Why they don't have no new player base. 

To the point, this game caters to the 1% because they know it guarantees the revenue they want.  Yet they can get potential additional revenue from the other 99% of casual player base.

That's just the way it is with these games though...

    I completely agree with your point. It's heartbreaking to see how Respawn traded that 'Amazing' experience from 2024 for the current EBMM mess, just to cater to a small minority while overlooking the vast majority of us who are actually ready to support the game.

    I’m currently discussing this exact issue with a few others who feel the same way. We’re specifically talking about how this 'Evolved' Bot Royale is driving away newcomers and casual players—like my friends 'B' and 'C'—who just want a safe space to enjoy the gunplay and collect skins after work.

    If you have some time or if it's convenient, I’d love for you to drop by my thread and share your perspective there as well. We are all saying the same thing, and I believe our voices are stronger if we stand together.
