Reasonable Wraith Suggestions

I've been playing wraith since season one and I have always enjoyed playing her. The way she was designed really caught my interest when my brother was telling me about Apex, so she became my main.

   I liked Waith initially because she was a slippery phase ninja. But now, she's just a phase. I felt like wraith was balanced up until the speed boost for using her tactical and her ultimate was taken away. The increased incoming damage is understandable because she has the smallest hitbox, that's fair. However, without that speed boost it's become exponentially more difficult to get away from that damage, especially with a 35 second cooldown on her tactical. 

    I'd also like to mention the semi specific circumstance of a Waith running into a gibraltar. The Wraith has 2 options. She can 1, try to take on the Gibby. meaning she has to do 50 damage to his arm shield before she can even have the chance to knock him. Once that's gone Wraith has to deal with the fortified 15% damage reduction on top of her own 5% incoming damage for a total of a 20% damage difference regardless of body shield. Fighting a gibraltar head on is almost certainly a death sentence for Wraith. Using her abilities to fall back and regroup was her only option most of the time.

   There's a line of viability for every character and right now Wraith is slightly below that line. I'd like to say that Revenant is in the same boat. He's really tall making his hixbox on the larger side maybe he needs fortified but Its good to be careful about giving it to him. 

  I don't see myself ever giving up on playing Wraith. But it's becoming increasingly less fun when I can't get way because I take so much damage and lost mobility. If Wraith could get her speed back I'd be happy with her build and would call her balanced.

P.S. (1 second off the activation  time  for her phase would also be incredibly helpful. I can't count how many times I've died going into phase and have been knocked in phase.)
