Reduce Ads speed

Honestly almost everybody 100% of the people always using strafe spamming technique in every gun fights even the aim assist nerf on controllers every single gunfight going into is nothing but people strafe spamming this is probably starting to become a huge problem especially with weapons with a faster ads speed thats my opinion

Main issue is hip firing with corrupt attachment. ADS becomes pointless and strafe spam too easy. No defense against an octane or pathfinder circling around and so much hip firing accuracy
