Apex Ban - EA Help error - Issue not Supported?

I don't know why, but I can't contact my advisor. I don't know why my account was banned, so I wanted to ask the advisor to heme unlink my Steam and EA accounts, but I can't get in touch with them. Could you please help me? My friend and I still love this game very much and really t to play it 😥
