Remove ability to punch teammates & make death boxes not block movement

People use it to be toxic more often than help DQd teammates though. I'd take removing it entirely instead of getting toxic team punching to throw games. It's not worth it to have it just to punch a DQ teammate to zone or safety. Not worth the tradeoff. Toxic mechanics should go, if people get DQ they need better internet or the Apex servers need to be improved instead 🙄
