No. I didn't use the word "annoying" even once in the original post.
I cite two mechanics that are used to be toxic or that are game breaking. There is not supposed to be any gameplay mechanic that can get players TRAPPED. When Newcastle walls bug out and make players stuck in Pro League this is not meant to happen. And the same goes for Deathboxes, it's literally an oversight that they just haven't considered problematic despite the fact that it happens in almost every pro league constantly since teams fight close together packed in corners at end game. Which means when they wipe a team that tries to int them, they can get stuck as the death boxes coincidentally traps them in the corner.
It's not about "annoying", my argument wasn't that these mechanics should be removed for being "annoying" my arguments were that they are toxic to the gameplay and STIFLE both pro league and normal players for no reason. It's not about annoying at all. It's about these mechanics giving players mechanics that they use regularly to be toxic to their own teams. and mechanics that sabotage even PRO LEAGUE. Even commentators say when it happens that it's "unlucky" with disbelief when they get stuck on death boxes.
So no. you are trying to minimize the valid critique against these pointless game sabotaging mechanics by pretending I want to remove everything "annoying" about the game, which is not the case. Like I said, I didn't even USE THE WORD "annoying", you slapped that on to minimize the critique.
To be fair, I was replying to EliXan223 and not to you with that particular post. He did use the word "annoying."

An oversight? After seven years? I'm not saying "that's impossible," because we all know that Respawn has its own peculiar wisdom (or lack) on many matters. And this may well be one of them. I'm just saying that it's never been a problem for me and if pro players find it to be a problem then they can lobby for the change. Or they can adapt their tactics and play style if the dev refuses to make the change. In my experience, pro players tend to get most of what they want so if this is a thing that they're on the warpath about then expect no-collision death boxes soon. As I said, if you feel it would make a huge difference in your own game play then your argument is made.
