Also theres PC Players that use macro which gives aim assist, and theres really no way to know if someone is actually on controller or mouse and keyboard decides guessing based off of movement/aim, and lmfao hemloks do that... its how underrated that weapon is test it out in the firing range, aim assist does not go for headshots as you claim all it does is slow down sights and adds a curve around an opponent
you can’t be blaming aim assist tbh... i tested it out in the firing range and my aim is still decent about 30m away from the dummies and I tried on the targets that have no aim assist at all, and im a trash player... theres players with way better aim than me
for the hemlok situation its 44 damage per headshot... and if hemlok is in burst mode thats 3 shots for 132 damage... you can’t blame that on aim assist lmao I tested hemlok with controller and m+k and its the same either way but alot easier with m+k imo and i NEVER use m+k
Another thing a hemloks recoil is straight up... in burst so literally if you just aim for the chest you are guarenteed 2 headshots almost unless your aiming too low but again this is tested on targets that are standing still

@BenchwarmerbrewKeep living in your dilusional world then, even weapons like R-99 require skill to tame the recoil, try controller for yourself for once its not as easy as all of you mouse+keyboard users believe it is
I tried R-99 just straight fire no right stick and it aimed like crap on the red dummies and went straight up above their heads... you have to still fight the weapons recoil patterns
I believe you assume ‘’aim assist’’ is straight up aim botting and goes straight for the head and that just is not the case at all... ive played apex for 900 hours on controller I believe I would know by now... even tracking players is difficult and requires alot of skill compared to just pointing your mouse where you want to go as I believe pc to be from a controller users point of viewsure whatever you say. explain how these "trash" controller players have better aim then the top 100 preds I watch on twitch.

- @Benchwarmerbrew Bruh every time I play on PC i get lasered by m&k players. When I play on console, I NEVER get lasered. M&k is way op.
U have no clue how we play on PCs with keyboards and mouses dude so please dont say its easier or w.e. cuz u people are killing our game. Buy a PS or an xbox and play there with ur crappy aim and go against players who use the same gaming gear as you then tell you me u are good.

This actually is comical. Someone whining because they get lasered. Hmm, someone roasted me... they must be controller. It can't happen if they are not controller. I play on PC and console. I play controller. I am a scrub. I don't laser people. It's not aim assist that is creating these champion players that laser you.

In fact when I play pc for long periods then go back to ps4 I shred the hell out of everyone because I've had to be so much more precise in my aiming on pc. Aim assist isn't helping anyone using a controller. Sorry

M&K can loot faster and we can turn around faster to run away.
And we need to run away cause we can't win a fight against controller players aim.

I would like PS4 Xbox and PC to merge together to get a bigger community.
IMO its real hard to get good with a controller.
But when people are good with it its a bit to much advantige for my taste.

- @DaAceXD I agree with you. I've researched it a little more, and anti recoil scripts are extremely abundant, and another severely bad issue.
I've seen these scripts turn hemlock into full auto, with no recoil, etc.
This could be easily fixed by randomizing the recoil a little bit...
That's not hard or much to ask for.
Then if they also removed aim assist, we could have a fair system that would retain players better.
Because almost every one of my friends have quit due to frustration over getting lasered consistently almost every match.
I praised Apex and a lot of it's changes this season, but the cheating is back in full swing again...
The changes requested in this discussion are easy, they would significantly help people who don't cheat.
Why do we still have anti recoil scripting, and built in aimbot after 5 seasons...? l@DaAceXD All I have to say, after playing fortnite apex legend’s aim assist is nothing... im not playing fortnite for the aim assist I just made the switch because fortnite has the option for solos and team rumble to do your own thing without being chained to other players, apex legend’s aim assist is overpowerred with weapons like a R-99 but thats pretty much the same problem fortnite has everyone complains about weapons with fast fire rates like smgs and miniguns, compared to fortnite which partially tracks for you apex legends actually requires a bit of skill, i dont play on pc because I want to play with mouse and key players I just use a controller because it’s what Im always used to just pick it up and go some matches I do great but most of the time I get laserred by other players its not like mouse and key players are the only ones who have to put up with being laserred we all do, if they ever add crossplay like they teased it will go 2 ways, either A controller players on pc will be matched with console... or B mouse and key players will have a ton of more controllers to deal with imo mouse and key should be seperate all yall do is complain and to be frankly honest Controller players dont want to play with y’all either
the one big difference is recoil, apex legends has alot of recoil and fortnite barely as any at all, apex legends actually needs some aim assist because of the strong recoils on certain weapons but i dont have much recoil anymore because Ive gotten used to the weapons but just because i have dosnt mean the newer players are used to them, when I was a noob i couldnt aim worth crap lol I still dont ever get over 2k damage but i hit 1-1.5k frequently and sometimes between 1-5-1.8 ish but rarely
Can i just say that i would love for KnM users that trash talk controller players to try and flick on someone amd see how well it works. also aim assist actually messes me up and it isnt even that big. it barely even moves your aim. here is proof. 🙂
I played with controller more than K&M by far on Apex PC (about 20k kills). Controllers aim assist is massivly OP, you're just being a troll.
Theres a reason why, pro's like ;lou, albra, hal, and 1000s more ppl swap to Controller when tryharding, Cuz it IS in FACT op, quote: Literally every streamer at pred atm. Don't belive ? Go check any stream out and ask. Also, to quote shroud: Aim assist shouldnt exist in the same enviroment as mouse and keyboard when it is competitive such as ranked or tourneys.
Don't be bullshitting, Controller has great movement, watch Gen, or knoqd, Hell, even im in pair with the same movements as mouse and keyboard. (im only diamond) But everything i can do with mnk i can do with controller. Only excception being looting and strafing. Wall jump mid combat ez, Rope jugle, ez, any mechanic ez.
Remove controller option and crossplay From at least ranked games on pc servers.
