In case you still don't know, respawn also offers an Aim Assist for mouse and keyboard, but this activates & deactivates itself, I already suspected that the aim assist would be activated when I often have a bad phase.
So Aim Assist is a problem everywhere right now.
There is apparently a trick that I don't know yet, in any case, without changes from my sides, I already often felt the aim assist on my mouse!
Now you can imagine for yourself that Aim Assist with a mouse is more OP than with a controller.
I had clearly felt that at the beginning of season 7, with platinum I was suddenly just erased all the time, in the spectator I saw an unusual aim, at first I thought they had to use the steam controller ... but no, I had an equally good aim after activating the mouse acceleration! My K/D raised suddenly up.
So with the mouse acceleration I was able to intensify the effect.
After I complained that in the forum, it was apparently removed, but I see it again more often in Spectator Mode, I think there is a group that has close contact to respawn, they certainly discuss & agree settings that give them certain advantages.
Season 8 is called a fuse, which is now really glowing!

I just saw the Switch Trailer... Aim Assist²
And believe me, if a kid master a Aim Assist... we will Fail hard.
Don't do the same bad decision like Fortnite.

@Tom0veHonestly nerfing aim assist is what killed Fortnite, the only reason I never uninstalled was because I wanted at least one of the battlepass skins each season but I do admit the machine gun and smgs needed heavily nerfed but by nerfing aim assist instead of the weapons by themselves the only weapons I could effectively use was the burst assault rifle and shotguns, then they nerfed the burst ar to 2 bullets per shot so now I basically just get into peoples faces and 1-2 shot them with a tactical/combat shotgun but they did finally buff the aim assist back up so that the assault rifles are halfway usable at mid range again but you still will only hit a few bullets each clip if your lucky
In chaper 2 season 2, I was playing Fortnite more than I did Apex, now I only get on Fortnite for 30 mins to do weekly challenges and get off because its just not fun anymore and solos used to be ok but now they are 80-90% bots with an occasional real player scatterred in that you won’t run into until the last 5-10 players are left
(I am not joking, the ‘’players’’ are AI)

Please stop defending this dung(for PC) called "Aim Assist".
I never heared about a "aim assist nerf" in Fortnite, sure, Fortnite also have a lot of problems, way too many updates, since Months my RTX 2070 can't handle that game, framedrops all the time, I also think that Bot-System is a mistake, but Fortnite is a Game Optimized for Kids, so I don't Care!
Apex can't be compared with Fortnite when aiming anyway, third person & first person are different worlds.
In general, Apex is a first person Shooter with a lot more aggressiv parts, kids shouldn't play that!!!
EA should get a pat on the finger because this game offers more and more Content for children, the German language in particular is a disaster from the Teletubbies Studio!
