Horizon should be removed now. This is not the time to be lukewarm about "we have no plans to remove Legend". Only this legend should be removed now, no questions asked. Horizon is no longer a leg...

@MayProtein Your points about the tactical are valid but everything else is fine. They've nerfed her tactical at least once but I personally want them to * the accuracy of the player in the air so they're at a clear disadvantage when being shot at from below. I don't use Horizon much so I can't say if that's fair or not.
Pass is fine.
Ult may need nerfing.
Tactical definitely needs a nerf.
Skinny body type is an advantage but I don't know if it needs a nerf.
There is absolutely nothing about Horizon that is not problematic.
Frankly, it would have to be completely different in tactical abilities to balance it at all, and it takes away all the strengths of the other movement legends in combat.
Even the hitboxes clearly need to be weakened, or rather, the visuals themselves need to be completely different, as the visuals of the characters are too elongated and visually very difficult to catch while shooting, and the character concept itself is a mismatch for this game in the first place.
In other words, there is no other way now but to remove the current Horizon itself and replace it with a different character.
Removing her is not going to happen, so we will just have to live with that.
Ability changes could happen to her though.

Users would rather play other interesting and fun games than endure this garbage.
In fact, there are a significant number of users who have become disenchanted with apex itself and have left the game itself because of the existence of this ridiculous legend called Horizon.
Well, if Respawn continues to not remove Horizon and correct any of their mistakes, they will have no choice but to continue their decline and end their service.
It's a fitting end for Respawn, who is too cowardly and lacks sound judgment to even correct their mistake of implementing this legend by deleting it.
Just because there is no precedent does not in any way explain their inability to correct their mistake.
Well, I'm already so sick and tired of Respawn not trying to do anything about Horizon after this season that I hardly play the game anymore, but if Horizon continues to sit in the game without anything being done about it, I'll never come back to the game again.There was a similar situation in the earlier days of Apex - Pathfinder was ridiculously overpowered, he could use his grapple every 15 seconds. Games against him looked like this:
"Oh, i messed up! Let me catapult myself to the other part of the map, shield up, and knock you down, friend!"
But respawn nerfed him hard(increasing cooldown of the grapple from 15 seconds to 35), despite the rage of many gamers. So they are capable of doing it right and can correct their mistakes.
I was never a fan of Horizon - her ultimate + grenade spam or caustic ultimate makes the game really miserable.
