Remove Horizon now, no questions asked.

@MayProtein horizon is by far the moat offensive legend. The biggest issue with the game is aim assistance. If players are given the option to play in lobbies without aim assistance enabled horizon becomes completely balanced. The issue is when the controller player no audio lands behind you and proceeds to one clip you without counterplay. If aim assistance abusers aren't around then the whole game changes for the better and legend balance is already complete. Honestly I'm not sure horizon is in the meta if you're playing in a lobby that does not have aim assistance enabled.
