Remove Horizon now, no questions asked.

Horizon should be removed now. This is not the time to be lukewarm about "we have no plans to remove Legend". Only this legend should be removed now, no questions asked. Horizon is no longer a leg...

Passive: decent, could be better

Tactical: Decent, but could reduce her accuracy for balancing

Ultimate: Trash.

The LoS Reveal is nice, but to me it's honestly useless.
It's a black hole for crying out loud. It doesn't reveal.
As for the inward pull, one pulse every 3 seconds is NOT a black hole function.
It should be a constant pull with a strength such that it takes a few seconds for a foe to sprint out of its radius, and take damage if they touch the device.
Also Auto-Executing downed opponents that touch it (see her finisher "Event Horizon")
touch damage and pull strength can be rebalanced and it should not reveal them
