Remove Level 1 Helmet From Loot Spawn

Thanks for the post!
To my knowledge, those level 1 helmets should already be removed from spawn, though you may still find some on the ground occasionally from other players swapping theirs out for higher ranks and leaving the level 1 version behind, etc.
If you're seeing these spawn in places they clearly shouldn't such as opening a supply bin for the first time and finding one (or more), please grab a screenshot or video if you're able and we'll be sure to pass that along for a look, thanks!
