Remove weapon loadin animation when weapon is used for the first time

This animation makes no sense, cause it's done only when weapon is selected for the first time. I sometimes try to switch weapon mid fight and instead of shooting I need to see this annoying animatio...

@zibo86 This is frustrating as hell, but what would be even worse would be 2 players fighting for the same gun on landing, you thinking you have it, but the other player has it and instantly kills you before you can react, this is why this particular animation has been added in.

@MoNosDirtyGaming Whats even more annoying is you get the gun but melee knocks you all over the room and you lose anyway. Apex Melee is the worst implementation of any game I have played.
