I understand where you are coming from and there is no easy solution to this. No one, and I do mean no one, should have to be on the receiving end of Toxic communications.
There are some things you can do however.
If players get toxic over voice chat you can:
Ignore them, mute them and report them.
If you turn on voice to text (this is imperfect) you may be able to capture that voice chat as text and file a report.
If you record games you could also submit the captured video play and submit a report via EA help.
With all of that in mind if someone is being toxic towards you that does not give you the freedom to be toxic back, the only thing that will do is possibly land your account in trouble as two wrongs do not make a thing right. Do not let those toxic players bait you, because they will report you.
