Respawn is neglecting the Ranked Servers in the South America - Console

I'm reaching out to shed light on a critical issue that has plagued the South America ranked servers (Console) for the past 4 months, and it's disheartening to see the situation persist without any resolution.

The problem at hand involves a group of players who have taken advantage of the system by forming 2 to 4 teams, coordinating through Discord or PSN voice parties, and using identical skin colors. This coordinated effort disrupts the integrity of ranked games, forcing legitimate players to migrate to other servers with significantly higher ping to escape the cheaters.

Despite our relentless efforts to report these players on a daily basis within the game, the response from Respawn Support has been disappointingly nonexistent. This lack of action not only undermines the gaming experience for honest players but also fosters a sense of abandonment within the community. This, in turn, fuels frustration and, unfortunately, motivates more individuals to resort to cheating.

I've exhaustively reported these offenders through various channels, including in-game reporting, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, and EA Help (via case ticket), yet no tangible results have emerged. This persistent lack of acknowledgment leaves us with the impression that EA/Respawn is indifferent to the issue occurring within the game.

It is my sincere hope that by bringing attention to this matter within our community, we can collectively urge EA/Respawn to address and rectify the situation promptly.
