In my opinion wraith has been in the meta since day one, she has all the pros playing her. Changing the meta does not mean bad, wraith is still viable and will continue to be viable unless they totally rework her which would be too far. Her ult is the best at moving teams, nothing compares. I’m for the changes because it gives some love to other characters to be in the meta and not just wraith. Changing the meta needs to happen or else the game gets stale, and her SLIGHT, nerfs let characters like horizon and blood to be in the meta. And her tactical is if anything better now and balanced, it now requires skill to get it right and not just a get out of jail free card, which is what it was previously. But it’s now amazing for rushing and if you use it right can get you out of situations. Right now she is in a good place in the sense that she isn’t horrible but gave room for other legends to shine and not having to play wraith to win
