@r1ggedgame Hahaha I always laugh when I see these AA posts. Mainly because you always have your input. There was a very lengthy post about this a short while back and you stopped commenting on it when people hit you with valid points haha. Oh well haters be hating.

They always tried to shift the orriginal discussion to smth else to get their "valid" points.
The Statement was : Is AA OP in Close Range ? (which it is, backed by data and Pro Testimony), not AA general.
But you will see, they will nerf the AA bcs of this.
My track record in predicting Apex Stuff isnt too bad, i was right with the MM being rigged as everybody thought otherwise, i predicted the massive player loss and i will be also right this time.

You cannot compare normal players to pro players.
If a pro decided mnk is op he can easily prove so by going in a lobby filled with normal people and mow through them like he would any other time.
Apex already panders to the pros more than it should, that's why we no longer have a gold res knockdown shield and it wasn't even that great to begin with.You know what that picture on the other page tells me? Jack *.
All it tells me is a list of top players. I'm assuming if you actually went to the site it would tell you what they're playing on, but it doesn't tell me why they're switching to controller, it doesn't tell me how long they've played on controller before they were in the top, it doesn't tell me how long it took them to get to the top after switching, and it doesn't tell me if they're using a normal controller or a strike pack or any kind of controller cheats.
Maybe they're switching because it feels better in their hands, or maybe they're doing it to take advantage of a program meant to help the lesser players.
But if you'd rather listen to a pro than what actual NORMAL people have to say with their own experiences that's your problem.

HAL and Match1n literally said they switched to Controller bcs its OP in Close Combat, if you would have watched that vid i posted, you would have known.
And yea i trust a pros words more than a casual player on this topic, they simply have more insight to the case, because they earn their money with the game ... its called serious business.
@r1ggedgame The only video I see was posted by Sazabi so it's a little confusing what you mean. Yeah AA has an advantage up close and most players agree with that. Many would also be open to adjusting it even if the PC crowd had nothing to say about it. We mostly take issue with the comparison to mods/cheats as well as players making up weird abilities that AA/Controller apparently have that none of us controller players have ever experienced.
That video mentioned that his characters turns to track a strafing target even without input from the player. Maybe my skill level is so low that my character chooses not to do that but I have NEVER seen that so it makes it seem like people are slipping BS abilities into AA's kit.
I'd also be interested in a Pro's opinion since they may have insight into things I've never noticed or experienced but I never forget two things.
#1. Pros may be able to make use of tricks/abilities that the vast majority of the community can't so they can't speak on what the majority of the average players make use of.
#2. Pros can be biased and prone to exaggeration/emotional arguments like anyone else.
A Pro's words carry more weight than a casual player with illogical arguments but no more weight than anyone else with a reasonable point.
