revants climbing buff is too much

his is the same as always in Ranked . yes the climbing helps but to more in the sence of to escape not attack .i suggest you play more with him and Octane they are the legends that will Teach you how  to move better or play Titanfall 2 ..i think your problem is Positioning  very common problem with people that has good  aim an reflexes but they tend to expose them self to more then one enemy and gets beamed  and blames it on the team

@gubygangsterYTits not too much, yesterday I just kept kicking Revenant in the face and he fell down and had to climb up 4 floors all over again and I kicked him off 2-3 times lol but this was early game and I didn’t have a gun yet

I do have to say though that legends with movement based passives are going to end up being better than movement based legends with tacticals and non movement based legends in general like Wattson, Rampart, Caustic, etc because lets say a Pathfinder grapples up and fails... he now has a cooldown while a Valkyrie or Revenant can just go right back up or Octane can keep using his jump pad  

I feel like non movement based legends need to be stronger than movement based legends to balance things out, if a Pathfinder is grappling all around you and your a Defensive character in an open field you are pretty much dead... Defensive legends are only good at early game and end game everywhere in between they are borderline terrible unless you have a movement based legend like Octane on your team or Wraith to portal you somewhere safe or some cover to halfway defend around which isn’t likely on Wattson due to how long it takes to set up, Caustic’s Traps don’t even deter a fly with 5 damage per tick, and Rampart just depends if you manage to set your walls up before they are instantly destroyed

Lifeline isn’t movement based but her auto revive is broken, Mirage can at least bamboozle, Crypto can do a quick EMP, etc while defensive legends mainly Wattson have nothing in general to help besides her ult if your being grenade spammed... caustic can panic throw traps and has an ultimate to throw and Rampart has walls/ sheila but Wattson basically has nothing in open areas like those open field end games on Olympus with no cover at all except a boulder

I think its fine.  You just have to keep his new-found climb abillity in mind when fighting a Revenant, ie. be prepard he might flank you from below but in practise, I'd say his new climbing buff will have a very limited actual usefulness. Most of the surfaces he now can climb can a skilled player who mastered movement also climb with any legend. Also, apart from being very vulnerable when climbing, a Pathfinder can both Q and ULT to pretty much all locations Revenant now can climb and same goes for Octane ULT and Valkyries passive, so I dont see people do super spectacular and OP REV plays all of a sudden because of this buff.
