Revenant Heirloom refund

@Drona-player As mentioned above heirlooms are not refundable. Legends change all the time. Wraith has had the most changes compared to any legend out there. In fact at one point she had more changes done to her than all other legends combined. I was not entitled to a refund due to all those changes.

Also as mentioned above some of us got heirlooms with no choice at all. I got Lifelines, Bloodhounds and i do not play those legends. They did not refund us who had no choice. Just how its set up.
