Revert wraith nerfs

Every season wraith has been nerfed, its time to revert all those nerfs and make her playable again.

Not only make her playable again but the legends are supposed to feel like legends in a game call apex legends. Buff her back up and buff EVERY LEGEND to be on her level. Therefore every so gleefully person can have fun on their mains or any legend they happen to pick.

Instead of nerfing legends focus on what actually kills you. The guns. Balance the guns for the love of all that is holy and stop screwing legends over.
