@DalepeopleI like the concept, but it needn't be so aggressive with -100RP lmao. If zero damage is happening, they may not be competitive enough for the rank ngl. Maybe they can lose the same RP that would have been given to the killer.
i would do it different, as long as your dmg differs substantially from your mates (like 500 to 50) you wont get those teampoints, because you contributed literally nothing.
It will not punish too hard, but you wont gain the easy points by just walking with the gang resulting in a very slow climb.
dmg points should also be rewarded for reviving and respawning (only by enemy kill/knock, otherwise there will be abuse due to friendly nades/suicide).
i would even say that rev/spawns should bring you some form of RP, but that would be abused for sure ... either through friendly boost or ppl would just rat their mates out just to respawn them multiple times. so at least some dmg points seem fair to me
