I don't want to be that guy, but honestly I read through the notes and all I had to say was meh. A bunch of little tweaky changes that probably mean something to rank grinders and algs kids, but to rank and file sloggers? I can only say that none of it meant much of anything to me. When the thing that impacts you the most is a new map rotation, and that very little, then it's gonna be a snooze of a season where the only thing I learn how to do that I didn't already know is how to avoid the new over-powered legend.
