Season 20 release is terrible!

Just freed up my whole summer. Can't even articulate how disappointing the changes to game play are.

@bo3nv8maxnj6 this is the best season yet. Everybody talks about how much better the legends are now. I swear if the developers add an option to play in lobbies without aim assistance enabled AND add a cod-like kill cam replay system. This will actually be the best game in the world

Unfortunately the aim assist abusers who use controller on PC are at an all time high. It's miserable to watch ALGS and playing vs the aimbots are equally miserable. We already uninstalled but it was still been the best season yet

@Tspin - this is the best season ever? And you have already uninstalled just a week or so into it? Kind of a conflicted statement wouldn't you say? Aimbots and such have been around forever - if this is the best season yet then why would you already have discarded it? Doesn't that just go to validate my original statement?

@bo3nv8maxnj6 In my opinion, best season for me since like S13, but definitely not the greatest season of all time. I'd give credit to like S3 or so for that.

It's been so long, I've forgotten the feel of most of the seasons. I only remember that S13 was the start of things going downhill.

I would of started off with a perks LTM. (Not the one we had where we had two per week), but a sample S20. Get a community feedback along with a change in evo armor and other aspects before dropping it into the main game as the new meta.

I think people would of benefited from being able to try each part of the season out first and been allowed to give feedback before an actual release. Kinda like how we got kill cams in Mixtape for hopefully being able to see them in normal matches, (but please add an option to disable them Respawn. They do get annoying sometimes, and I've seen a ton of threads of players asking for them to get removed).

Also, Respawn had said that they removed the ability to place legend abilities on Tridents, yet I can still do that. *shrug*

    I remember back in the OG days, when Apex Legends was an actual shooter, with abilities that didn't fully determine the outcome of a fire fight sorely - rather were there to aid, and to assist in fire fight outcomes, making the fire fights fun, and different from the average shooter.
    This game now is a game of abilities with a bit of shooter added in...at least as a day one player, that is my feel of the current state of this game and has felt like such for at least 12 seasons or more.
    The meta the new generation Dev's seem to push is just nothing like the old game. I get games evolve overtime but this game went in a strange direction. Reveal meta is everything and abilities are the be all end all to every engagement.
    I miss the old Apex Legends... the one that very quickly was seen as one of, if not thee... best BR game in the world. Now,
