Season 5 audio volume - absurd gunshots gains

To put this simply: gunshots have WAY too much gain compared to all other sounds ingame. My audio utility says enough: everytime I shoot it clips. It's SO * LOUD it clips. For whoever reads this th...

@KangaxxIT I can feel the pain on my just built PC. The gunshot just BLASST my ears while I can barely hear my own footstep and footsteps besides me. Did you manage to fix this?

    @liunate Equalizer APO.
    Just set gains in negative dozens and you are done.
    But be aware... In my case it only worked long enough to write this, after that it never worked as it should.
