I`m a Bangalore main, but i always try to look for the health of the game, and to be balanced as possible.
To be fair i don`t know if i agree with nerfing her hitbox. As far as i understand they already nerfed her movement animation(or they still doesn`t? ). They will nerf her hitbox, aka making it larger, but buffing her ability ? Her ability atm is pretty strong, so what they are going to buff? Maybe her passive ? But does she even need it ? Her tactical is super strong, unless you don`t know why you are playing this game, her portal is super strong on all levels as well.
If they going to do the trade, aka hitbox for abilities i smell they will break her.
The way i see it, they are trying everything they could to make the game way more casual friendly, and Wraith is pain for average players.
While E9ine_AC is talking how he doesn`t have problem aiming at Wraith and people missing shots cause of bad aiming, this is not entirely true. Because the same people doesn`t miss this shots, or at least most of them at Bangalore(average hitbox) for example or Bloodhound or Mirage.
Her hitbox is definitely small, but i just don`t like the MUST lowering skill ceiling. I know nerf 1 is better than buff more, but why didn`t they lower the other legends hitboxes, which will favor the skills more?
As far as aiming goes and this is straight for E9ine_AC, come on mate you know you are getting away with a lot, because of your hitbox. Its not just a close range fight, its not just a normal range fight, its not just a long range fight, but also when you are running and they try to finish you off. Wraith is definitely harder to hit than any other legends.
You are talking about aiming, but obviously don`t know the basics. ;D
You can`t come and tell me your accuracy is going to be the same on a big target, compare to small target.
You are going to tell me that you will have the same accuracy for example on Close fast Strafes Thin and Close Fast Strafes ?
I`m rank 44 on Close Fast Strafes Thin with 38% accuracy, while not grinding Close Fast Strafes i average hit like 55-60% accuracy, when i play Free Play.
And this is over period of time.

On pretty much every tracking scenario you have normal and thin target, and on every single one, your accuracy will be way lower on the thin version.
Its pretty much the same on clicking scenario if we compare normal to small targets ...
And the situation gets worst when the thin/small object decide to do very fast strafes compare to long ones for example. ;D
I`m top 1000 in pretty much most, if not all tracking scenarios i do, top 250 in Vertical Long Strafes(from almost 200k. people that are doing it), top 500(463 to be exact) on Thin Aiming Long, and i`m saying this thing to just tell you that i know a thing or two about aiming.
So Wraith is definitely harder to hit, compare to the rest. And the only problem i have, its become very hard to hit, when the player is spamming a-d. And it wouldn`t be a problem if the strafing/dodging was done via skill, instead of just spamming a-d, which will get you kill pretty easy with any other legends.
At the top level its not just about aim, but also about movement and how well you strafe, but i`m not talking about spamming a-d.
But all that being said i just don`t like how they constantly lowering the skill ceil. And making Wraith hitbox bigger will do that. So why not buff the movement speed a bit then and up the movement skill a bit.
I also don`t like the idea, this and this legends are taking more damage, as well as this and this legend are getting reduced damage.
An equal hitbox to all legends will fix this, and there won`t be a talk about this legend is thin, this is super big and so, but i doubt they will ever do this.
