Basically I've improved (like most) season on season and im not getting past gold. Why? (Rhetorical). I can't spend that red currency. I seem to be penalised because I don't PREMADE. Banners are for nothing if your not a PREMADE squad and achieving together. This game doesn't reward anything to individuals. Its completely squad achieved. So I'm tired. A lot. I'm taking a break. I going elsewhere for some fun.Ps I hope for my wasted efforts I actually dont bother returning. I certainly will never re-enter this forum again. So im out..

Every season i can go Platinum 4 without a squad. I made it to Diamond 4 previous Season with a squad.

Ranked is difficult for a solo player. Now you have to reach Master rank for a 3 month dive trail.
Impossible for me especially now that i'm solo.

My sensitivity is 5/4 Classic Small
(Xbox)

Thing is I used to play unranked for fun and getting many kills but lately too many people quit on me even if i kill the entire squad and pick up their banners they still quit. Even in Duos.

I'm switching to Ranked just to enjoy the game because Ranked has penalties so they can't quit and that's the only thing i like in Ranked as a solo player.
I'm again Platinum 4 and I don't even care about the ranked points.
After all it's a team based battle royale game so the best premade squad will always win.
Some people suggested to put solo queue together no premade squads but i don't know this might impact queue times, finding a match.

@SpyrosFPS Ranked was definitely better previously... The only reason that so many people got into higher ranks in S3 is because 1. The season was too long... 120 days and 2. because of the dashboarding issue... SO Respawn, instead of taking a hard look back at ranked and realize these two things.. They should have made the ranked season 90 days... one reset... and current scoring system... Which THEY HAVE NOT DONE THIS. But instead they go to the extreme make TWO RESETS in ONE ranked season and make it to where you HAVE to play ranked constantly in order to achieve the rank you deserve.. I got to Predator in S3 ranked series 2... which doesn't seem all that impressive.. but I got it in 90 days and I kept my rewards... so I feel it was justly deserve... however, I don't GRIND my * off like some of my other friends who are in masters and so forth because ALL They do is play this game and ranked... for 8-9 hours a day. How is that fair to me for someone who plays 3-4? They think this is showing a true players skill? No this is just showing who grinds this game for 8-9 hours a day.. I've face plenty of so called "masters" and even top 500 preds already this season, and I can consistently outplay them.. I'd say like... 60/40... but yet.. because I won't grind ranked for long hours at a time... I will only be getting diamond this series.. Its laughable they think time constraints and two resets is a measure of skill.. No, Respawn... you just put time constraints on ranked so that it only benefits the 8-9 players.. Thats not a measure of skill... I am not going to be playing ranked at all next season and I know many other high skill players who won't be either.. some of my friends have over 40k kills and they are currently ranked PLATINUM... so good job respawn, if you think THAT is a measure of skill.. good on you.. but it isn't...

I'm a committed ranked player with comitted ranked teammates. And I'm random. Abilitys aside it's wrong a 'premade' gets EXTRA points compared to random ranked. Just cos I'm not prepared to slap arses or dry buddies tears I'm looked down. * sorry.

@SpyrosFPS It's not impossible to reach a master solo but actually in KC is so hard solo but worlds eadge with a fresh map design you can reach to master as quick as possible

2nd split - Kings Canyon.

So basically you had a chance to play ranked on World's Edge - The first month and a half and then for second split - Kings Canyon, also a month and a half.

Sorry. Ok. That's what's happening. I've obviously missed that point completely. Both maps are good in my mind. I didnt understand the chopping and changing that was happening. Time I was gone.
