Seer Balance Request. Seer shouldn't be able to sense robots.

Seer shouldn't be able to sense robot characters since they have no heart beat. Apex is fun when it has a Hide and Seek element. The fact that seer can sense all corners is OP. Consider this please...

@DarthKoDa057024 The range is limited, and it would be unfair for all robots to be immune, this idea is not full flushed out, but I am open to a different seer nerf.
