Seer is unplayable now
Why did respawn nerf him into the ground.. horizon averaged platinum rank last season. She waa the only one!!! Thats OP! Nerf her tine to heal in q and rise time... All these people screaming for see...

His pick rate before the nerf was only of 4% and now is going to be even worse. The nerf to the silence effect was completely unnecessary. And the slowness is garbage, 0,5s is nothing, it should be 1,5s more or less.
@Cocodriloiloilo Speaking of silence, I used to main Revenant BECAUSE of Silence. Now it's dead.
Then they added a few milliseconds of silence to Seer's Tactical.
I still use "The Equalizer" Banner Pose on Revenant in memory of his silence ability.
As for Seer, his tactical is completely useless. You used to be able to track people for a few seconds after hitting them but they killed that.
The only real effect it has now is a shorter ping than Bloodhound or Yellow Materia (if you remember that thing's length), and a stun. Its silence is completely useless.
I haven't use him all season to be honest, because he's so useless.
This also means I haven't tested his passive or Ult this season either, but I thought those were working just fine.
Enemy seer nuked me several times today. Three Strikes.
1) Passive Scan: Bridge to ground in Worlds Edge, near The Maud.
2) Ultimate: inside a tower in the middle of lava - Final ring, final strike.
He never did use his tactical. Probably because it's totally useless.
