Why did respawn nerf him into the ground.. horizon averaged platinum rank last season. She waa the only one!!! Thats OP! Nerf her tine to heal in q and rise time... All these people screaming for seer nerfs are apart of the skrinisher meta. I dont understand why nerf the scan meta when it prevented ratting. How is it no skill to slow someone? Vs q to run away...heal...and reangle. He was the only legend who really felt like he stopped the movement abuse or rat meta. Now his passive doesnt even work right. There is no point to use him on these bigger open area maps. The heartbeat sensor is always off. Doesnt pick up anybody with a brain. The q is hard to hit. It only silences long enough for someone to round a corner....and the ult is beyond easy to lose track of people...rev reborn...bangalores smoke....horizon..all need to be touched before you nerf my mans for the 1000000x bc devs cater to the biggest group of cry babys. Seer is so easy to counter its not even funny. Id call crypto season 18s best recon and his 1 percent pick rate tells you how sad that is.
