@TheGhostOfKiev I see him igetting tuned down a bit, but his kit in theory is not game-breaking. Hound has been the champion of recon characters for so long, I'm happy that something can dethrone him. Do I agree that Seer's ult cooldown is too short? Of course. Do I think his passive needs to be less sensitive? Yes. He came out like Horizon did which was without any initial tuning, but I enjoy his kit and I can see how useful it is.

cool down fro his tactical too, in fights against hime, every like 5 seconds i get droned, disrupted, and everything leaked, his tactical is bacically crypto's ultimate and bloddhounds tactical in a mashup bundle adn with 7 seconds of cooldown adn in a fight that last 30 seconds i shouldnt have to get flashbanged vby his tactical adn tossed in a dome 5 times

@papahandsoap The problem with Seer is that he is the first Legend who can break game mechanics, Only he can stop healing and "Speeling", all other recon's kit has flaws like when Crypto using drone he is completely defenseless. but seer's kit has no flaw. that's why he is op.

  @CaptianCamel Yeah. Seer can fire his Q from behind a wall, totally unexposed. Valk works (or doesn't) because every aspect of her abilities expose her in some way.
  
  In theory, Seer's Q shows his general position, but that's a manageable risk. I agree that his Q shouldn't do damage, but the big issue here is that Seer is disruptive. He changes Apex play strategy in big, fundamental ways that are hard to digest.

    The game is lessened with Seer. Several Legends are now worthless as a result of his kit. Serious nerfs or a complete redesign are needed, IMO.
    Honestly, did anyone even playtest him or is this their playtest? Really weak, Respawn.

@papahandsoap really, you dont think a passive ads wall hacks better than bloodhounds is a problem? what about the 75m scan, and ability to cancel heals, revives and hit with a ark star stun, then also mark and track after? yea thats not broken as * or anything......
