I think other Legends need a buff and not Seer is who need a nerf.. balance is everything.. Seer is powerfull but why not? .. just make every other Legends more powerfull and thats all.

Ikr. I keep saingetting this. For an ambitious team they keep taking the lazy route and nerfing the strong character, no buff everyone else. Revert the Wraith and Gibraltar ability nerfs. Reduce the cd on Bloodhound's Ult. Etc.
