REMOVE SEER
ITS DESTROYING THE GAME °!
TL;DR (Give Seer his 10 Dmg on tactical back)
I'd say most of Seer's nerfs were well deserved. In my experience, both playing with and against Seer, the strongest part of his kit was his passive, it was an immensely more efficient and more accurate Bloodhound Tracker passive; that does not expire, ever. The next problem with Seer was the cooldowns on his abilities. They were on the short side, but in my opinion that was it in terms of issues.
I didn't have a problem with the flash like other players, maybe because I'm just more composed. Nor did I have a problem with the small damage his tactical did. I think the damage was fair and very welcoming.
When you really think about it, all Recon legends have offensive characteristics in some of their abilities. Crypto has Emp, Valk has Missles, Bloodhound has increase movement speed that can help greatly in offense and Path has great mobility as well and highground maneuverability which helps offense. All these combat bonuses they have which are separate from their 'Reconning' skills. So why can't Seer be allowed a meager 10 Dmg on tactical? With the increase in tactical delay, the slow on charge and longer cooldown I believe it is fair to give Seer this part of his kit back.
