Seer

Seer basically needs a rework. He is inherently broken, if you took away his heartbeat and everything the scan does and just make it show the enemy and health but for longer that would be closer to the mark. He would need a new passive. I don't get who gave the okay for that design but it's just too much. Like bringing the heartbeat sensor to apex was such a terrible idea. Everyone hated it with a passion in warzone, that mistake was already made there was no need to make it again
