Server Problems since Covid-19

Anyone else getting massive lag spikes? Game temporarily freezes you in place? Bullets not registering? My ping is 25 to 35ms with 0% packet loss. Is this a server problem or an ISP congestion is...

@Pallo420 Servers have always had issues but since literally everyone almost is quarentined and being stuck at home i would assume ISPs are having issues with everyone trying to be online at once
