Hello.I tried using 3rd party program and got banned at my first game at 20th december.It's been two weeks since and still got banned when I create a new account to play without using any software.I'm clean now,when can I continue to play?
so why can't I open a second account and play?I won't appeal since i used 3rd party program and I'm aware that it is restricted.

kulfet2025 Well, that would make sense as using things like that can lead to a ban, (in which case you would need to appeal the ban with the EA TOS Team):

This would be due to having an active ban on another account, (which playing on another account while having a banned account is seen as "ban-evading", and that does makes it much harder to appeal the first account's ban).
I'm clean now,when can I continue to play?
You won't be able to unless you are able to appeal the ban on all your accounts.
