SHIELD CELLS BUFF
shield cell takes 3 seconds to fill 25 shields (it has to go down to 2.5 seconds). shield battery takes 5 seconds to fill 125 with shield (it looks great the way it is).

@E9ine_AC as i said, it wouldn't make that much difference, it would be good 2.5 seconds.
@ADM-REIxSUPREMO So how would it make difference over 3 seconds if not enough difference though is where the question is. .5 is hardly noticeable and as you said would not make much difference. So with it at 3 seconds it should be ok because its not much difference. =P
