Should be separate binds for Sprint / Toggle Zoom for PC

Right now you're unable to bind toggle zoom off from the sprint key. I generally avoid using variable optics because of this. It's almost impossible to not unintentionally zoom in and out when the button is forcibly bound to the sprint key. It can be very disorienting / distracting especially during combat.
