Show more tips in loading screens

By reading the new patch notes I've just found out Gibraltar has a healing speed bonus while inside the dome shield.

It would be nice to know this sort of things in-game, in the loading screens.

Instead of showing a single tip each time, the game could let the player press some button to roll several tips during the loading screen.

Such list could also be contextual, based on the selected legend?
