Sick of this broken team fill option

Me too, what is up with this garbage. 

I rarely have a full team now. I never had this problem before the "Fill teammates". Please STOP STARTING games with limited squads. It takes 10 sec to get a pub, we can wait 12 second s for full squads.

I dislike the fact that not only does it fill maybe 50% of the time, but I'm then forced to play the game solo in ranked cause if you quit you get a 10 minute penalty.
