Skill based matchmaking is broken

What I don’t like is I’m a level 14 playing against level 500 players. It’s not about doing ranked and getting better, it’s about someone who just starts this game being placed with someone whose played this game since it came out. I can barely do anything, whether it’s teammates or other players. I don’t understand why I hit a certain level and all of a sudden I’m playing with these people. That’s my concern about the skill based at least. And yeah there are plenty of smurf accounts out there but still..... I’ve barely played enough to be out together with a level 500 predator.
