Skill-based Matchmaking is mandatory for better player experience.

Agreed, as a casual player myself who maybe plays a couple hours a day with a friend (or two if I'm lucky) it blows getting into a game and always getting killed by some max lvl player with freaking 4000 kills and 456 victories. And if this was just occasionally I wouldn't mind. But in reality this is every. damn. game. and it really does take the fun out of it when I know that my chances of victory are so slim I might as well not even bother trying.
