group people with high kills and gun accuracy in the same game, and the other games people have both (less kills and less accuracy) = true, if either kills or accuracy is low then they play in the game with regular people.
We know this would help at least a bit. Having the option of a ranked game mode is something they should have. I did see my first blatant cheater yesterday. I'm a level 72. Guy had 7 kills with an re-45 never missed a single bullet. That was not fun. I watched him for a while. 100% not legit. Literally the first one that I was 100% sure was a cheater and I've obviously played quite a bit. They do need to do as much as they can to get rid of them or avoid them as you described.
