I'm definitely in favor of adjusting Revenant to help players fully utilize his high potential. However, I believe we must remain cautious about simple power buffs to ensure game balance.
For high-skill players, a minor assist that doesn't fundamentally change the engagement would prevent the character from becoming "OP" and maintain overall game balance.
While a movement speed boost risks becoming too powerful in the hands of top-tier players, temporarily reducing the charging time for his Q upon shield break could be a better alternative. This would act as a safety net for casual players to reposition quickly without breaking the combat flow for everyone else.
