Not sure how this floated back to the top of the list after nine months, but I'm sure you know that Valk's tactical now has about a half second cooldown and about a half second recharge. As a Valk main I can honestly say that I love it, but it is definitely over-powered. Necessary, I guess, if they're going to keep pushing the mobility meta, but still OP.
